Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon medium or medium-hot or extra hot New Mexico red chile powder or your favorite
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic salt

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix the spices all together. Store leftover -in a small jar with a tight-fitting lid for up to 3 months.
